Spica Elastic was set up in 1965, head quartered in India and entered Vietnam in 2010. Based on extensive experience of manufacturing elastomer yarns for in-house consumption for 50 years we have now set up RGA as a standalone elastomer yarn manufacturing unit producing all kinds of conventional single and double covered yarns to the apparel and medical industry.
